2026 Aspen Winter Games
Application & Program Information

Program Dates: March 20 - 27, 2026

Application Process: The following steps must be completed before your child can officially be accepted as a participant for our Winter Games Program:

1. Click here to complete and submit Winter Games Health & History Form.

2. Click here to complete our waiver and medical consent form and Aspen Winter Games Guidelines form. Please read and complete the entire form with your child. Both the parent/guardian AND child must sign this form together.

3. Click here to upload a recent photo of your child AND a copy of your insurance card (front and back). If you are not able to upload the insurance card, please email it to WinterGames@ShiningStarsFoundation.org

4. If your child is on chemotherapy, please send a recent CBC and ANC 4- 5 days prior to attending camp. Email this information to Dr. Larry McCleary at Elm481@gmail.com
